Hi, I have a Sri lankan paypal account and when I withdraw my revenues to paypal account after some tim it says withdrawal failed. I contacted paypal support and they said because this is a sri lankan account I can't receive money. Then creating a paypal account in Sri lanka is useless OK ? we cant add money then for what do we open accounts ? Hi,   This is the problem I am facing. I recently withdrawed some money from fiverr to my paypal account. I got confirmation and withdrawal successful emails also.
