It's driving me crazy, my account has been limited for some reason so I tried to contact PP to sort it out. My emails don't get answered because the drop down menus don't have the appropriate questions, I asked for return phone calls which didn't happen and I just ried again and the system wouldn't accept either verbal or digital responses and just hung up on me. - Absolutely bloody useless. And again, trying to post this runs into problems because it doesn't have an appropriate subject on the drop down menu.
