I use PayPal to send invoices for items I sell on occasion. In the past, after recieving funds from the buyer an option comes up to "ship item." From there it was alwasy easy to pay for postage, print and ship the package. Now I don't see that option AND I have to contact the buyer to get their address. I am using the "Send & Request" button - what I've always used. Did something change? What am I missing? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
