Does anyone know Why paypal charged me $100 though I made no transaction? And they charged on the credit card that doesn't have paypal. The first time was two months ago and they refund my money back. And I already closed that bank account and got the new credit card. And last month they charged me again and they didn't refund my money because they say I bought something but I'm sure that I did not purchase anything. And also said that that would be the last time they charged me. But today, again they charge me $100 for nothing. Is that because my bank account or something?
