Well my brother managed to send money to me from EU countrly to UK twice .. He obviously used .co.uk or com.
And there was send to family or friend. And looks like paypal realised, likee; oh crap we transferred money for free here so quickly they removed family /friends from my brothers internet because they detect when he sent me money from EU.
100 euros third time and he didn't realised he sending it s goods or services I received money and they charged me twice of £2.50 second £2.50 were hidden..!!!
As I said it was working for him previously.. so paypal are crap no wonder never been so popular in world !! So many fees no point have it..only if u running ebay..
This is now my brothers paypal send money section ! Paypal GO TO **bleep** !!!
