I wanted to withdraw for the first time from pay pal to my visa card, and it showed internal service error. I tried multiple times since then and it still gives me the same notification. I have tried every tip from logging in incognito, different browsers, trying the old version of the site but nothing, nothing seems to work for me. As a customer, I tried to reach customer service twice by now and I was promised to receive an answer within 24 hours. Both times I received a ROBOT message with some tips that didn't have any useful information and replied to those emails as they proposed. No answer from customer service still. I am a student that barely had food trying to study and being a freelancer at the same time, to get me through college. I am kind of in a rush with this whole thing of getting my money as soon as possible. Please help and suggest options, Thank you.
