Same problem here. This is so disappointing. It doesn't even make sense because we verified our bank account in the first place. PayPal Withdrawal False/Wrong Information

Greetings! I am Raymund and I've been using PayPal to do freelance art.   Here is my concern. While I was trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account to my bank, I noticed some information that is inconsistent. And yes, by inconsistent, what I mean is that the information given by the PayPal website and PayPal customer service changes which is very confusing and even exasperating for PayPal users.   Specifically, what I mean is the timeframe on how long a withdrawal would take. I believe this issue is very important since the quick withdrawal is not anymore available(not for me). And since we start on March 23, 2016(refer to your calendar for the business days) the timeframe would end on March 30.(I believe it should be Mar. 29 but whatever). Though, I understand that the latter e-mail is automated and it didn't consider that Philippines is celebrating Lenten Season on March 24 and 25. So now, the timeframe should start on March 28(Monday) and would end on March 31. So the latest time that my withdrawal would arrive in my bank should be March 31. However here is the inconsistency. When I contacted PayPal customer service due to the funds not arriving yet, they have stated that it would take 7 business days which means my withdrawal would arrive on April 5, 2016   https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9HhSDHEeke1dXlQT3NFQkFCZDg   But unfortunately it still hasn't arrived until now so I contacted them and was informed that they could only trace the missing withdrawal after 14 business days.   https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9HhSDHEeke1TzRSdG4xMjVQbDQ   I'm not sure about the term "bank's internal process" but the idea that I'm getting here is that 14 days is the real timeframe where you could make sure if the withdrawal process is completed. So why not say "14 days" instead of promising 4 days and then changing to 7 at most? I understand that it's not easy for money to be processed but this is really disappointing.
