The call center is closed now i thin. I will call as soon as they open. Nobody has access to my computer. The card is a mastercard that ends in 0372. How i still had access is a mystery. I suspect some sort of virus. I will use another pc to change all passwords later. Right now i'm keeping my email open to delete the continuous spam and monitoring my paypal.
