I want to get out of PayPal, as they are holding $3800 of money a client paid my company for tourism services via PayPal. They said tourism is a "high risk" business, and therefore they have the right to hold these funds, in case I or one of my service providers for the tour don't fulfill the terms of the tour. So in effect, I must now pay for this person's tour out of my business' pockets. First they put a hold on the funds, and 4 different times asked me to send them all kinds of detailed business information. Each time I did, either they said they didn't receive it, or asked for something entirely different. This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks. How do I cancel my PayPal account and also receive the money by having the funds transferred to my bank account? These people are operating a ponzi scheme, and using my money. I want out.
