Yours sincerely, PayPal I've managed to login and asked for the authomated phone call and been given the code to verify its me, but no phone call arrives (either at my mobile number or via my work phone). Before uplaoding a proof of identity document (the other alternatievto a phone call that I'm offered, I'd like to check its not a scam (or a way of breaking the im pass on the phone callback). Cheer.
