Because thanks to PayPal I CANNOT!!! I am so **bleep** off at PayPal (which is owned by eBay) I hope a new service will emerge soon so we can get out from under their control! I've done everything they ask us to do to speed up the hold... 100% feedback, item tracked and delivered etc.... And still not one penny freed up!!!?? Hello!!! IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY!!!
