Help!! I have had some cash put into my paypal, it is over the anual limit, so i now have restrictions on my account. I have done everything that I have been asked, confirmed account, email, phone, sent id etc, but the page still says waiting for you response? When i click on resolve, it says, thankyou for providing the required information, we will get back to you in a few days. this is day 3, and I have had no response from any emails. How long does this take?
