My cash card will not let me add funds to my account. I receive error code 4006? At first I thought I damage some of the numbers on my card , but I believe they are correct. It was purchased on 3/23/16 at CVS. CVS could not help me. They connected me to someone at PayPal , but that didn't help any. I cant't believe I have a useless card with $120.00 on it. Can anybody help me ? Thank you.
