won some money on an online site and only way to be paid was paypal, so set my sister up with an account took 4 different attempts to get her verified, finally was told she was, finally was able to send payment to mw, as I have one of the paypal cards to withdraw funds, well NOW it is withheld from me pending senders verification. WTF? I just don't understand this waiting game.......
