We are having the same problem. We only download 20-30 transactions a day but we are using the file for QB import and even with this small number of transactions, it takes an hr a day to keep the books up. This used to be easy and fast. The slow downloads started happening shortly after using the new "pretty " site. I've switched to clasic site, but because you can only do 1 download a day, ive been unable to determine if the new site is the issue. Has anyone heard from Paypal today?
