I have had an authorization on my account from december. it was a purchase for target. the order was cancelled in december. the authorization has not been removed and renewed march 14. i was unablt to move money to bank account and my credit card was going to be charged. i was able to stop the charge. i have spoken with target for many hours. they insist they cannot remove authorization since they cancelled the order with paypal. paypal states only target can cancel.. im stuck in middle and no one can help me. there is no pending sale. it has been cancelled by merchant. after many hours on phone and emailing, i have no results. my next step -- i dont know. i cant cancel paypal. i will never shop target again. any suggestions thanks
