Good day I bought to lazada philippines and then they canceled my order and then they said they will refund the money I bought to them via paypal. The problem is I close my paypal account due to cant add anymore email and then I re-signup to paypal again so that I can add emails. the problem is the transaction that I made with lazada philippines is from my recent paypal account but the paypal account I re-sign up is same Name same bank accounts. can I still refund it to my new paypal? with my same name and same bank accounts.
