Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this message when using PayPal Here: "We're sorry this transaction could not be completed. Please try again or cancel this order" I retried the transaction several times and after like 10 minutes I got it to go through. I just started using PayPal Here and have success twice, then other clients's card can't be processed,always show like above i said, how can i fix it and make it always work well?
