Hello, I run a business PayPal account and in the settings we made it an option that sellers can have a comment box when they are ordering. However, that comment box only appears when the customer is paying with their PayPal account. If they are just paying with a credit card, that option is not available. Could someone assist? Support over the phone was not helpful at all and I'm hoping we can resolve this online. Thanks!
