Hello, Hope someone has an answear as i cannot find one anywhere as of yet. When a dispute is filed and documentation has been recived are both parties entitled to veiw that documentation? I opened a case where with a company they offerd a 7 day free trial or 7 searches and as long as you canceld before ither was not supposed to charge my PayPall. I have the supporting documention showing it ws litterally canceld within 10 minyues and the confiremation e-mail that i would not be charged. Yet my PayPal account was charged. First i contacted the comapany via e-mails and repeated calls and they continue to state they have not charged my PayPal account and yet the claim has been closed and PayPal e-mail and message senter states they recived documentation. The company this morning is still telling me they have never charged my PayPal account. Im so frustrated at this point! Id like to see what proof was submitted regardless of the case outcome. Is this normal for PayPal not to share information recived from another Party when a claim is being disputed or after a case is closed? I would think that both parties involved in a dispute should be able to all supporting documentation. I sent two e-mails to PayPal last night and the response this morning was to basically contact the company who still states they have never charged my PayPal account.
