I live in the US and wanted to purchase a lot of #60 beads on ebay (seller in the UK), but I wanted different colors. not 60 of the same color. The listing had a drop down menu to select the color you want when you bid. So I first contacted the seller before bidding and asked if it were possible to allow me to get diff colors; 15 red, 20 purple, and etc, etc, equaling 60 total and seller said " yes, just select the "clear" color when bidding on the ebay listing then include the exact colors and amounts I want along with my paypal payment so that "my sister" will know when she fills the order." So I did. When I clicked pay now and paypal opened up, I saw the field where I had the option to type a note to the seller, so I did and explained it all and submitted my pymt. Two days later (today) I happened to be in my paypal account looking at transactions and when I opened that payment I sent, it says note to seller; NONE! So now I'll probably get stuck with 60 clear color beads (the color I least wanted!). Why did my note disappear with the transaction? I feel this is Paypal's fault! What should I do??? There are no help topics on this problem!!! Please help if anyone knows what to do. Thanks.
