Hi all, I wonder if it's possible to transfer money to a WebMoney Purse via PayPal? I have a friend's WebMoney Purse ID number and wanted to transfer funds into that purse, but the tools on WebMoney are ridiculously un-user friendly. If it isn't possible, then has anybody got any experience in transferring into these purses?
