if the card numbers suddenly got updated on your banks end. if refunds were made to the old card, it'll still go to the same account registered under the new number because YOUR bank will reroute it to YOUR existing bank account. it's not Paypal who will put your money to your bank account. Paypal passes it over to your bank and your bank puts it your account. ... View more

Did you get your money back? I have a similar question open, and I think I have the answer, but I like to make triple sure when it comes to money above a certain amount. I can't believe I'm saying that I'll be glad when I'm done with my spring-time shopping spree.  ... View more
