Sorry, but I'm bit confused about how this verification work. Today I just got another verification request from you.
I've got verification request email in March 4th, I upload all documents and got email paypal at March 7th says that "Your account has been returned to regular standing" - the Paypal agent is "Nadiah"
The strange thing is, after I get this email the red ribbon on my paypal account page is not disappear, but when I open the dashboard page it always show me these text
"Thank you for providing the information requested for identity confirmation. Your account is currently being reviewed. We'll notify you once the review process has been completed. Thank you for your patience."
And today, I just got another email to verify my identity, it says I must complete the verification before 14 April 2016. Paypal sent me the same link to the dashboard, yet I only can see "Thank you for providing the information requested..." text there. So, what is the real problem here? Or the "Nadiah" is only forgot to check the "complete" mark with my account?
