This probelm seems to be common. I need to withdraw my money urgently but I recieve those errors. I tried Diffrent browsers (Opera, UC Browser, Chrome, Android Internet Browser, FireFox) Cleaning cookies and cache Using old and new withdraw pages Contacting PayPal (Didn't call, it's expensive) Searching (Found solutions most of them says that I must contact/call PayPal) I came up with this errors in morning when I tried to withdraw funds from my phone using UC browser and at first it said that it doesn't recognize my device (phone) and I must verify it. But I didn't and I took my laptop which PayPal should recognize but it didn't. I noticed that my phone number is incorrect so I changed to my new one. After that I tried to withdraw from WD page and got error "Internal Server Error". I found old page and it gave me error "You cannot complete this transaction at this time.".
