I made a new pay pal last week. Since then all of the money which I transferred from pay pal to my bank hasn't shown up and says 'pending' is this due to it being a new account? As well as this, another payment is pending however different to the other payments in the sense that it won't allow me to even transfer the money to my bank as its under my account balance in a deprecate 'pending' option? Help anyone? I withdrawed the money around 5 days ago and the other payment was paid a week a go too
