Hi, I made an order for a guitar at this shop, but alltought the site said it was in stock, I was informed it wasn't. We both agreed to cancel the order. I did receive a mail soon that the order has been refunded.... But even now, a week after all this, no money has been put on my paypal balance or at the credit card account I paid with originally. I've had contact since with the shop and they said the refund was made 5th of july... Which I believe, but I still don't have any money... I'd like to know when and how I will receive my 195,95 eur back. Anybody got an idea how I can investigate this?
