Hi there ! I was trying to activate my Paypal Debitcard (Mastercard) a couple of days ago, but they told me I need to provide more information to verify my identify, but I've already submitted a digital copy of my tution bill to show proof of my current address and I still haven't heard back from Paypal ! Last time I checked in my account, it says that that the submiited document is still "in progress", yet I've submitted that weeks ago ! Anyways, I just submitted a fax to PayPal Appeals Department (402-537-5731) with my cover sheet and a copy of my tution bill, so I'm currently waiting fot their response. Also, this is my first time submitting a fax in general and how long will it take for the PayPal Appeals Department to respond back ?
