Thank you for the kind welcome. I haven't used my Paypal account much so haven't had reason to come here....until now. My user name is Ziggy3339, glad to see so many here (I'm not alone!) Purchased a het from China, it's been nearly a month and it's still over there (I'm in the U.S.). Have no expectations and thought it's time to find out what, if any I should have.  I value the money I have so everything is pretty much saved for so don't want to be foolish if I can be savvy instead.  Paypal seems to be what people online like most. good day. I live in Florida, USA. ordered a hat from China Jan 26, 2016. Tracking shows it was processed in China for shipping Jan 28, 2016. its been "in process" there ever since. Today is Feb 20, 2016.  I have no idea if this is the norm & to just let it go or be concerned.  Apparently it never left China at all.  Paid through my Paypal account , as this is what they requested.  Any and all thoughts or suggestions are helpful.
