Thanks for reply. When powered on The green light flashes about 16 times, then pauses for 5 seconds and then flashes green again for about 20 times, then it flashes alternating green and red. I've tried to push and hold the reset button for 8 flashes then release but same thing happens. No buttons other than the power button seem to work
