Hello, I have the same problem here, I uploaded ID photos, and bank account monthly summary with adress. Its already 12 days and thre is still status waiting for your response, if I click on resolve there is written "we will contact you if we will have any questions" and icon - In progress. Is it ok to wait for so long, or can I do something else to get my identity verified ? Thank you for your reply
