Hello ive been waiting for 4 days now to recive 2 random deposits into my bank acount so i can get verifyed and remove my limits. I've just checked my bank again today and still no deposits. Ive been waiting almost 5 days now and was wondering whats taking so long it said 2-3 days. Hello, I've created my PayPal account a little more then a month ago and ive recived a payment from selling an item. I've been so excited that i can finaly purchase items from ebay, so i went to make an offer on a xbox 360 and it says i have to lift my limits. So, I click on the link and it says i need to either confirm a bank account or debit\credit card or sign up for the paypal card. I don't have a bank account or debit\credit card so there's only one more option. The paypal card i signed up for it and i got declined. The ebay auction ends in a day and i was wondering if theres any way i can Lift my limits without having a bank account or debit card.
