Hi, I am trying to send a payment for an item I am purchasing. I go to paypal through the shop's website after I place my order, but I keep getting the error message "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now." I don't know if it's paypal, my bank, or the site I'm trying to buy from. Any help would be appreciated.
