I have been on Ebay/Paypal for over 15yrs! I thought I saw everything. But today I'm Exhusted! I sold a item to a buyer thru invoice. They received it and lie, say it's not Authentic . This is always a way to return an item by a customer even if its not true. My issue is , I make a call to Paypal for help ,the agent escalates the case without my permission. This keeps me from talking to the customer and resolving the issue. When I call Paypal and let them know what the Agent did, They just apologize and say "He needs more training, and there's nothing they can do." the buyer is allowed the Return, OF COURSE! LONG STORY SHORT, I get the item back , worn and messed up! Paypal's response , We gave the customer her money back based on tracking, they didn't even give me a chance to get from the post office home. I may have to use other methods for payment. They want the sellers to jump thru all these hoops and follow all rules. But buyers can do whatever they like. Paypal needs to do better . I've lost 400 dollars and alot of time. Also I got 5 different answers to one question from 5 different Agents/Supervisors. They promised to take care of me for their error but the took care of the buyer as Always. I feel like i'm selling in a hostile environment.
