I've beeen trying to setup a new paypal account but my car is attached to an old account i made years ago that had always had limited access since i didnt use my legal name, i had opted towards a nickname instead. Little did i know paypal isn't very user friendly in these situations. I need help deleting this limited access account so i can move on to use my new account so i can attach my card to it. Please help me, paypal sure won't.
