I am from Philippines. I was paid last January 18 and PayPal held my money. It says that it will be released February 2 so it's today. I already shipped the items and marked it as shipped. I just don't understand why it's still not yet in my main balance (it's still in my pending balance) because I nees to withraw the money asap! I clicked the info of the transaction and the page that says it will be released February 2 disappeared since yesterday (Feb 1) As I'm hoping it will be released today.
