I have a few websites that I use paypal to handle money exchange. I just added a paypal button to a new site and once again my visitors are getting that error what making a payment. I was once told by a customer service rep at Paypal that error happens if the credit card has never been used at their site before. Never been used?!? There has to be a first time to use credit card right??
