I just sent a refund for $222 with a balance of 220 on my paypal account. I'm a bit worried that it's not going to use that balance, because on the statement it says it's going to draw from my bank account, which doesn't have enough to cover the refund. Does paypal use the balance first, or does it go straight for the bank if the balance doesn't cover it?
