I've been using PayPal for many years and I've just had a payment held. It's for $10, I mean really...$10? I work from home and I have about 3 clients who pay me through PayPal which in some ways **bleep** anyways because I never get the full amount that I should get. I hate all the fees that come out and I really don't understand why sometimes fees get taken out and why other times they don't. Anyways, this was a payment from a client. I explained that to PayPal and their still holding it. This makes no sense. I have never had any problems sending or receiving money through PayPal before...That gives? Dawn
