My sister sent me money on the 8th of January, $200. It didn't post to paypal until the 15th. That same day I sent it to my bank. It's the 18th and still not there. I was counting on this money for bills and groceries, so I have late bills and I'm pretty darned hungry to be honest. This is unacceptable in 2016. Maybe 15-20 years ago this amount of time was acceptable, but the excuses being handed out about why it takes so long are ridiculous. After hearing about how terrible the customer service is, paired with the insane waiting times and all the other stuff associated with this company, I have concluded that I do not trust this company or their business ethics and will be closing my account as soon as my money arrives in my bank. I will also be ending any business with ebay since they are tied to paypal. I was really hoping for better service. Guess I should have done more homework on this company. Oh well, guess I'll go look for alternatives as there are better out there. Oh and paypal, get rid of these rude community advisors that make your customer service even worse than your phone service. Insane how these people talk to your clients. I'll be letting everyone I know hear about how terrible this company and their customer service is. Good riddance.
