I made a purchase of $74. Two days later I received a message from eBay stating that the had cancelled the transaction, because they believed the seller was engaging in fraudulent activity. What do I do now to get my refund from PayPal? I already opened a dispute with the seller and am waiting for eBay to step in, but the process seems extremely slow, even though they're the ones that informed me of the fraud. Is there anything I can do through PayPal to get my money back? I'd like to resolve this quickly.
