Hi there, I see you have not had a response to date from other members. Can you check you have your business name registered and not your actual name as the business. You can check by following the steps below.
Here’s how to change the name of your business:
Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
Click ‘Update' in the 'Business Information' section.
Click 'Change Name'.
Select ‘Business Name Change (business name)’ and click ‘Continue’.
Enter your business name and click ‘Continue’.
If you added a bank account before you changed your business name, you should remove the bank account and add it again to ensure the names on your PayPal account and bank account are the same.
