hallo sorry if my question sound silly but is the forst time after a lot of transactions that i use the claim service i opened a despute case after i bought a phone that stoped working in 4 months(had some problems from the beggining though),,, the seller havent answer... i went to claim full refund and i won the case. i sent the package with tracking number and with insurance... it delivered to the eshop in China in 10 of January as it seems by the 17track.net the same day i was asked by pp to sent them proofs that i sent the package.... i sent the receipt and a foto from a video i took inside the post office that shows the adresses... today i was told again by the pp "Dear xxxxxxxx, We're currently reviewing this case and have requested additional information from your seller. We'll let you know if we need any additional information from you." is it normal that delay? how long the refund needs to be added to my balance? what more infos are needed from the seller? what if the scam-seller tell that he never get the package? thanks Giannis
