Hello dear paypal customer support, I have been using paypal for many years with all my info confirmed already (both ID&Address) and I had my account limited recently without any obvious links as to why it did happen. I found a reason of this limitation - it is an ebay\paypal system error \ glitch that was triggered automatically when I was trying to buy this item for my friend on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-GRAPHIC-CARD-417206-001-LS-2822P-G71GHYN256MB-Nvidia-Quadro-FX-1500M-256MB-/221852676307 The same limitation happened to my wifes paypal account when she was trying to buy the same lot for the same friend on ebay! We used the same computers and IP that worked perfectly for several years. It must be something with the ebay sellers' address requirements, that leads to instant account limitation on paypal - when paying with different address chosen, I have never had any problems buying gifts for my family and friends from different cities before. Please remove limitations from my account and fix the cause of it as soon as possible! Thank you and best regards, Denis P.S. I can not contact normal customer support through Message Center, cause when adding Case ID PP-004-501-665-813 I get the following message: ☃case_or_transaction_format☃ in red and the message can not be sent at all! Could you please pass this to the paypal web tech staff? *I'm pretty sure it all has something to do with the new paypal \ ebay sites redisign.
