Hello, I'm Romanina resident with one active paypal account. I'm planning to open US LLC and to process all my orders using this company. I have called PayPal several times and each consultant told me different things. Now I have to spend alot of cash to open this company and I may get the big surprise that PayPal will deny it. 90% of my payments are made through PayPal. As I understand IRS are not interested on LLC companies registered by nonresident alien which does not have any kind of activity (buy/sell) on US. Because the LLC will be single member company I will not need any EIN number ttp://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/does-single-member-llc-need-ein.html For this reason its not necasary for PayPal to complete any 1099K IRS form for me. 1. PayPal will allow me to register with this company and fully validate the account without the EIN ? I will ask IRS for EIN only if its mandatory. 2. PayPal will allow me to register the company from Romania ( with Romanian geolocated IP ) for US LLC ? How about me as a romanian resident because I will have to load my ID to PayPal for sure. I will scan all company legal documents and send it to them, the thing is that I need to know if I start with all this or not. 3. It is mandatory for US LLC accounts to have US bank account ? I will not be able to obtain it. 4. Can I use my personal VISA card like I do right now or company card (not US bank account) to withdraw my money ? Everything I do is legal. I see no reason for PayPal not to fully validate my account but I need to know for sure. Thank you
