A customer falsely claimed an unauthorised chargeback fee and the balance was taken from me. I was also charged £14 as a chargeback fee. I had to wait 3 months for their bank to decide and I won the case and received the balance back. But my account is still down because of the chargeback fee. Can I not get it back?
