I am a legit (long term) ebay and paypal user. I just won an auction with a USA seller, the auction lists international shipping anyway, but I am actually sending to my USA address (on file with ebay for years). For some reason paypal will not accept my UK paypal, or my UK visa cards to pay this seller.. I cant even send them money from paypal direct (we both want to stay in ebay and have buyer/seller protection if possible). What setting does a USA seller need to change (where is is ??) to allow international payments ??
