I was informed by a reputable company that a refund had been paid into my PayPal account on Dec 15th 2015. They provided the transaction ID - I can find no evidence on my account of this payment & despite numerous attempts at contacting PayPal by phone / email I can get nowhere to find out if this payment is being processed- As it is not an eBay transaction none of the contact resolutions are compatible! Help!!
