Hey, I had an email re the PayPal Access card, when I try to claim it and go through the process it tells me "Please correct the following errors: Thank you for your interest in the PayPal Access Prepaid MasterCard®. Unfortunately you are not currently eligible and so your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion." Is there any way to resolve this issue?
