I sold an item on ebay.ebay sent me an email saying the buyer paid for the item and to mail it out.i mailed the item and then went to check on my payment with paypal and had an email saying that the payment was made with an e check and wad pending and on hold.ebay never said it was an e check and on hold.the eBay email said it was paid and to ship.now that buyer bounced that e check and has my item and refuses to answer my email and phone calls.
